Interview Rejections?

What keeps me motivated is viewing each interview as practice. Every time I go through an interview loop I'm less nervous, more able to answer tough questions off the cuff, and able to get to the heart of what a company is looking for faster.

Interview Rejections?

What keeps me motivated is viewing each interview as practice. Every time I go through an interview loop I'm less nervous, more able to answer tough questions off the cuff, and able to get to the heart of what a company is looking for faster.

Rejection is an indication of an offer soon. Just stay strong. Enjoy the process. Results are just a matter of time.

Focus on process and not on results. Just do what needs to be done and don't care about results.

Take a break from interviewing and double down on prep. Interviewing is a "game" and your rejections is a clear indication that you are not approaching the game correctly (maybe you aren't clear in your system design thought process, maybe you are slow in coding, maybe you are coming across as a sloppy coder/cowboy coder / analysis-paralysis person..) Figure out where you are falling short - it's not that hard to figure out once you accept there is something that needs to be fixed.

Finally, don't equate "clearing interview" to "being competent". One does not imply the other - really. Stop taking this personally and start treating it like a game or a sport that requires strategy and prep.

Enjoy the learning process don't do it just for the sake of interviews. Spend more time on LC, if you think you are not good at it otherwise do more free or paid mock interviews.

Just keep trying. a big part of it is pure luck.

Rejection? I call it “free practice”.

You already have a lot in life - your body, your mind, people or family around, your education, a solid track of completing so many years in life. So you are a great person and so much privileged. Just don't lose hope, just keep trying.

You will be working in one of your dream company, time is testing you.
