Popup Ideas💡
It was 2am in the morning and I had a popup idea in my mind. What if I could build my own bookmark manager?

Now you might ask how this happened. Well, I have a habit of saving the links of interesting things like blog articles, portfolios for inspiration. i use this extension called like on github. I have configured that to my github repo and whenever I save something, it will be populated in the repo. but there was a problem with that extension, it will save on MD File. it is just like a word file, we cant group according to category or sort it.
There are few existing bookmarking products like Pocket, Rain drop which do an excellent job. but i want to build my version with cleanUI and AD free interface.
Without any further ado, I opened Figma and designed a couple of screens. it's pretty basic for now, right now i'm just focusing on core Functionality. will iterate it once I'm done with core functionality.

How does it work?
- With our chrome extension- we can save the link and add categories for the same.
- We can view all the saved items on our web interface. I have the plan of developing a mobile application as well, but for now i will stick with chrome extension and web app.
- Now users can share the collections in any of the social media.
This is pretty basic now. I will keep on adding more features once I'm done with core functionality. I will be sharing my progress over youtube or may be in a couple of tweets. I love the concept of building in public.
I have a decent understanding of Frontend. I never did any backend development nor built any chrome extension. This will be a good learning experience. I have a decent understanding of how things work, but not in depth. Anyways, I will figure it out on the go.
